Returns & Refund Policy

At Domain Group National Institute in Moldova , we are committed to providing transparency and fairness when it comes to course enrollment, payments, and refunds. Please read the following Returns & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

1. Course Fee Refunds

• Full Refund will be provided if the student cancels enrollment within 14 days of payment and before the course starts.

• Partial Refund may be considered (after deduction of administrative fees) if the student cancels after course access but within the first week.

• No Refund will be issued once the student has completed more than 25% of the course or has downloaded course materials.

2. Visa Rejection Cases (for International Students)

If a student’s visa application is rejected and they have already paid the course fee, they are eligible for a 100% refund, excluding any administrative or document processing charges.
Students must provide official proof of visa refusal within 30 days of the decision.

3. Course Cancellation by Domain Group National Institute 

If a course is cancelled by us due to low enrollment, unforeseen issues, or regulatory reasons — a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

Include your name, student ID, course name, and reason for cancellation. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 15 business days to the original mode of payment.

• Registration or application fees
